All Grange Outdoor affiliates have established teams of licensed and experienced tradespeople they know they can trust to get the job done right first time.

We guarantee that we will comply at all times with our written Service Standards. Our people will turn up when they say they will and treat you and your property with respect.
6. Provide insurance protection
For your complete protection, we guarantee that we carry appropriate Public Liability Insurance to cover you in the unlikely event that any damage or injuries are caused by us.
7. Comply with health and safety regulations
We guarantee to protect the safety of everyone on and around the project site with a health and safety
programme which complies with relevant OSH legislation.
8. Give you a full proposal with a fixed price
We guarantee that there’ll be no surprises when it comes to paying your bill. Before we start work, you’ll receive a written proposal from us complete with plans, timeframes and pricing.
9. Finish on the Completion Date
We guarantee to complete your project in the time we say we will, unless changes or extras have been agreed along the way or issues occur which are genuinely beyond our control.
10. Put any issues right at no cost to you
We guarantee that if you discover any fault in our workmanship within the next five years, we will put right for you promptly and at absolutely no cost to you.
